SMS Verification

You only receive a text from kndi after you ask for one in the app. Nobody is enrolled automatically, and signing in with a phone number is optional: you can use an email address, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google instead.

1. On the welcome screen of the kndi app, you choose Continue with phone.
2. The app asks you to Enter your phone number and tells you We'll send you a verification code.
3. You enter your mobile number and tap Send code. By tapping it, you request and agree to receive a one-time verification code by text message at that number.
4. You type the six-digit code from the text into the app to finish signing in.

• Program: kndi account verification.
• Content: a one-time, six-digit verification code. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
• Frequency: one message each time you request a code. How often that happens depends on how often you sign in.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

• Stop: reply STOP to any kndi text. After you opt out, you will not be able to sign in with a text code, so use another sign-in method linked to your account.
• Help: reply HELP to any kndi text, or email [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your phone number to send the verification code you asked for and to keep your account secure. We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data, including your phone number and SMS consent, with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is passed only to the text-message delivery provider that sends the code. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep it and how to delete your account.
